"Hogara" is TOYOSHIMA of female employees launched this brand with the idea of "wanting to solve the problems they had while working, and manufacturing that reflects the voices of the field." The brand name is derived from an ancient word Japan that means "bright and bright and wide and sunny". Based on actual experiences and real voices from women close to us, we collect and plan information ourselves, and realize the realism of "what we want now." Aiming to be a "brand for women's comfortable everyday life", we are developing "items with special functions" that only textile TOYOSHIMA professionals can make.
Kinjo Gakuin celebrates its 133rd anniversary and 73rd anniversary of its founding, and under the university education slogan of "Strong and Kind," we aim to produce women who will lead society with rich intelligence and abilities. As the social situation surrounding women changes, "Hogara", which aims to make women's daily lives comfortable, and Kinjo Gakuin University launched an industry-academia collaboration "Hogara in September 2022 with the aim of expanding recognition of femtech, women's social advancement, and solving problems. We started the ×Kinjo Gakuin University Project" and conducted lectures on femtech through nine classes, as well as a survey of students' awareness of women's unique worries and sanitary shorts.
Focusing on the percentage of people who are concerned about stains on clothes due to leakage during the sanitary period and the fact that some people wear overpants*, which became clear through the results of classes and questionnaires, we created "Femly Petite Pants" with students with the aim of making Generation Z know about femtech and femcare and use it as the first step of familiar items to incorporate. The product has a three-dimensional design that completely covers the buttocks and stomach, the waist and foot opening are folded back so that there is no feeling of oppression, and it is safe with a large waterproof cloth so that it can respond to any movement. A waterproof cloth is also attached to the inseam to reduce lateral leakage. You can wear it as sanitary shorts or over sanitary shorts as overpants.
