Improving the participation rate of regular health checkups

Prevention of cancer screening items
and improvement of consultation rate

Thorough prevention by having all applicants undergo cancer screening items (stomach, lung, large intestine, breast, uterus). We are working with the health insurance association to carry out cancer screenings, and are aiming for a high screening rate by improving the environment and proactively recommending screenings.

Responding to people with medical checkup findings

Public health nurse interviews were conducted for all persons with findings, regardless of age, and improvements were confirmed thereafter.

Implementation of health guidance

健診結果より生活習慣病リスクが高い者を対象とし保健師による面談等の保健指導を実施し、保健指導実施率は100%。
この保健指導の実施において、次年度数値(保健指導対象項目)が改善し、かつ保健指導対象者ではなくなった者の割合は52.5%であり、保健指導が生活習慣病改善において一定の効果があった。

Measures in the employee cafeteria

We display calorie menus, provide healthy menus and health supplements, and control salt intake. In addition, registered dietitians and public health nurses confirm the contents of menus for improving eating habits, and provide environmental maintenance and support.

Enlightenment seminar on health

We actively hold seminars on promoting the health of employees, such as drinking alcohol, smoking, lifestyle habits of young people, and proper sleep.

Almost 100% implementation rate of stress check. By conducting a web survey and increasing the number of questions, we are helping to thoroughly analyze the organization and grasp the situation such as work-life balance. In addition, we conduct group analysis and implement improvements based on advice from industrial physicians and public health nurses.

Measures for people with high stress

In addition to conducting interviews with industrial physicians, all high-stress employees are thoroughly checked on the situation through interviews with public health nurses and email correspondence. The percentage of people with high stress was 6.2%, down 1.2% from last year. In the future, we will actively analyze high-stress people in order to further reduce the number.

Conducting interviews with new employees

100% implementation rate. All new employees and public health nurses conduct 1:1 interviews to dispel concerns about work and early detection and countermeasures for mental aspects, aiming to reduce the turnover rate of young employees.
