A student clothing group that designs, produces, and sells fashion based at Aoyama Gakuin University. We work together as a production partner.
On the day of the event, organic cotton T-shirts made under the theme of unconscious will be exhibited for the first time. With the desire to create a new image while confronting various biases towards 'ethical fashion' and to create opportunities for the younger generation to take an interest in it, we create works that are meticulous in every detail, from the selection of fabrics to sewing and washing tags. ■What is ORGABITS?
"ORGABITS" is an organic cotton spread project that started in 2005 with the idea that everyone should contribute "bits" to the global environment and producers. In order to make it easier for organic cotton to be used and spread, we are currently working on a "reversal idea" to deliver 10% organic cotton products to 100 times more people, without being particular about using 100% organic cotton in one piece of clothing. To date, more than 140 fashion brands have participated, producing more than 10 million items in total. Items that support ORGABITS include donations to support organic cotton farmers and NPO corporations, and the circle of social contribution activities that you can participate in on a daily basis through one piece of clothing is expanding.
