■Background of third-party allotment of shares and business alliance
In June 2021, we combined our expertise in functional fibers with TENTIAL Co., Ltd.'s knowledge of product marketing utilizing big data in media to develop hit products such as the recovery sleepwear "BAKUNE" series and sell them on crowdfunding sites, achieving support purchases of approximately 9 million yen. In addition, we have been selling the new products "HARAMAKI" and "EYEMASK" since August.
Following this, in September, TENTIAL Co., Ltd. undertook a third-party allotment of new shares. In addition, with the conclusion of this business alliance, we will combine our upstream, midstream, and downstream fiber networks with TENTIAL's expertise in product planning and marketing know-how that captures consumer needs, and aim to solve more issues in the wellness field by improving the accuracy and speed of development while complementing and strengthening each other more closely.
