About the efforts of BRING™ and the Yomiuri Giants

BRING™ is a brand operated by Nihon Kankyo Sekkei, which collects clothes that are no longer needed from consumers, recycles polyester into clothes, and sells them. Since 2018, TOYOSHIMA has been working with BRING™ on various projects and product creation.
Last year, the Yomiuri Giants and the Yomiuri Shimbun held the "Uniform Yell" project together with BRING ™. We collected uniforms and other items and displayed them on the Tokyo Dome Excite Sheet on the day of the match to add excitement to the match venue. The 905 uniforms collected in this project will be reborn as new products using the technology of Nihon Kankyo Sekkei.
This time, we will sell masks with original designs that partially use threads recycled from unwanted clothing collected by BRING.

■Yomiuri Giants Co., Ltd. Comment from the person in charge

Last year was an unusual season opening with no spectators, but through the project, I felt the support of many fans and was able to use it as a driving force to win the league championship. In creating a new product, we created a mask to get closer to the team and the fans' common wish of "a packed Tokyo Dome as soon as possible".
