Cotton produced by conventional cultivation methods contains 5.7% of the pesticides used worldwide (*Source: PESTICIDE ACTION NETWORK UK), and contains various problems such as soil contamination and environmental problems. On the other hand, organic cotton refers to organically grown cotton on farmland that has not used pesticides or chemical fertilizers at all for more than 2~3 years. The growing demand for organic cotton is expected to reduce the use of conventional cotton cultivation methods and improve the above problems.

Orgabits launched the "Blue Ocean Project" in 2012, and in order to promote the protection of sea turtles, which are endangered species, as well as the conservation of marine animals and the beach environment, 10 yen for each product sold in collaboration with the brands participating in the project. Donations are supported by the NPO Japan Sea Turtle Association.
