Certified Health & Productivity Management Organization The certification system is a system that recognizes corporations such as large companies and small and medium-sized enterprises that are practicing particularly excellent health and productivity management based on initiatives in line with local health issues and health promotion initiatives promoted by the Japan Health Council. In the large-scale enterprise category, we were certified as a "White 500," which is one of the top 500 companies in the Health and Productivity Management Survey, and was evaluated as a large-scale corporation that considers employee health management from a management perspective and is working strategically.
"Certified Health & Productivity Management Organization" for the sixth consecutive year, and "White 500" This is the fourth certification for two consecutive years.

Based on our basic philosophy of "continuing to be a company that is required by the times," we announced the "Health Management Declaration" in 2017 and declared that we will promote measures such as maintaining and improving the health of employees, creating a safe and comfortable work environment, and enhancing mental health care, and that we will work to create a work environment where employees can play an active role and enrich family life.
Based on this, we are implementing initiatives such as health guidance for health checkups (implementation rate continues at 100%), provision of health management apps, and stress care interviews for new employees, with the main health issues of "enhancement of health checkups and health guidance," "lifestyle habits," "prevention of overwork," and "mental prevention." This fiscal year, with the prevention of illness and stress-related diseases as a priority issue for all employees, we are holding nutrition seminars and implementing mental health measures for young people.

Going forward, we will continue to expand systems that enable each and every employee to maintain their health and fully demonstrate their abilities.
