The Foundation has been active in Aichi Prefecture since its establishment in 1973 for Toyoshima & Co., Ltd.the purpose of welfare and support for orphans, welfare and relief for the mentally and physically handicapped, enhancement of medical care at public institutions, and support for social welfare projects. So far, we have donated a total of about 240 million yen mainly to Aichi Prefecture and Ichinomiiya. Since 2015, we have expanded the scope of our activities, including donating approximately 6 million yen every year to special needs schools and welfare facilities in Ichinomiiya in Aichi Prefecture, and have been conducting local cleanup activities every year since our establishment.
On the day of the Board of Directors, Governor Omura of Aichi Prefecture and Mayor Nakano of Ichinomiiya Prefecture, who serve as board members, also attended, and the project report for the current fiscal year and the budget proposal for the next fiscal year were resolved.
We will continue our activities to contribute to the service of the local community and the development of the welfare society.
