The Foundation has been active in Aichi Prefecture since its establishment in 1973 with the Toyoshima & Co., Ltd. aim of providing welfare and assistance to orphans, welfare and relief for the mentally and physically disabled, enhancing medical care at public institutions, and supporting social welfare projects. So far, we have donated a total of about 240 million yen, mainly to Aichi Prefecture and Ichinomiiya. Since 2015, we have expanded the scope of our activities, such as donating about 6 million yen to special needs schools and Ichinomiiya welfare facilities in Aichi Prefecture every year, and we have been conducting community cleanup activities every year since our establishment.
On the day of the Board of Directors, Governor Omura of Aichi Prefecture and Mayor Nakano of Ichinomiiya attended the meeting, and the business report for the current fiscal year and the budget proposal for the next fiscal year were resolved.
We will continue our activities to contribute to the service of the local community and the development of a welfare society.
