INFO

Toyoshima & Co., Ltd. (Chairman: Hanshichi Toyoshima, Nagoya City Naka-ku) has been certified as one of the "Certified Health & Productivity Management Organization 2026 Large-scale Corporate Category ~White 500~" in the Certified Health & Productivity Management Organization certification system jointly implemented by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Japan Health Council.

Certified Health & Productivity Management Organization The certification system is a system that recognizes corporations such as large companies and small and medium-sized enterprises that are practicing particularly excellent health and productivity management based on initiatives that are in line with local health issues and health promotion initiatives promoted by the Japan Health and Welfare Council. In the large enterprise category, we were recognized as a "White 500" company, which is one of the top 500 companies in the health management survey, and we were evaluated as a large-scale corporation that considers employee health management from a management perspective and is strategically engaging in it.

This is the 9th consecutive year of certification as a "Certified Health & Productivity Management Organization" and the 7th certification of the "White 500" for 5 consecutive years.

Based on the basic philosophy of "continuing to be a company that is required by the times," we announced the "Health and Productivity Management Declaration" in 2017, declaring that we will promote measures such as maintaining and improving the health of our employees, creating a safe and comfortable work environment, and enhancing mental health care, and that we will work to create a work environment where employees can play an active role and enhance family life.

Based on this, we are implementing a number of initiatives with the main health issues being "enhancement of health checkups and health guidance," "lifestyle habits," "prevention of overwork," and "mental prevention."

This fiscal year, we set the reduction of employee smoking rates and the prevention of stress-related diseases as priority issues, and in response to the reduction in smoking rates, we implemented restrictions on the use of smoking rooms, smoking cessation support programs, and cost subsidies. In addition, in order to prevent the occurrence of stress-related diseases, we have established a new consultation desk by certified psychologists, and we have specialized in mental care for young people, and have conducted stress care interviews for new employees.

Going forward, we will continue to promote the expansion of systems that enable each and every employee to maintain their health and fully demonstrate their abilities.
