"Hogara" is a brand launched by female employees of TOYOSHIMA with the idea of "wanting to solve the problems they had while working, and to create products that better reflect the voices of the workplace." The brand name is derived from an ancient Japan word meaning "bright and wide." Based on the actual experiences of female employees themselves and the voices of women close to them, they collect and plan information on their own to realize the commercialization of "what we want now" in real life. Aiming to be a "brand for women's comfortable daily life", we are developing "items with special functions" that can only be made by textile professional TOYOSHIMA.
Hogara has been working on product collaborations with various companies and companies that want to introduce femtech and femcare-related products as welfare programs with the aim of supporting the daily lives of cheerful women. In the future, we will promote this kind of BtoB collaboration that "supports the smiling daily lives of active women" as "HogarActive! Project" and aims to collaborate with each company.
In October 2022, PI is a project aimed at introducing welfare programs for femtech and femcare-related products at PI, and PI's women's empowerment promotion project is the centerpiece, and by distributing Hogara sanitary shorts mainly to female employees of the project members, they will be able to prevent urinary leakage due to the period of sanitary treatment and menopause sanitary shorts was working to be recognized and contributed as one of the new options for women's lifestyles.
This time, "HogarActive! In the sponsored program under the "Project", the players will participate in a study session on women's health issues, femtech, femcare, etc., which will be held for PIs from June by HogaLife Support, a welfare service for companies developed by Hogara, and will share what they learned and the information they gained through the study session on SNS. Through this initiative, we hope that we will not only aim to provide generous daily support to the players of Aranmare, but also lead to an opportunity for fans who support the players on a daily basis to think about health issues and femtech and femcare.

"Project" is the name of a BtoB collaboration project that supports women who live active lives every day so that they can spend their time as much as possible through collaboration with various companies. By collaborating with various companies and organizations that share a common desire in product collaboration, welfare program introduction, study sessions, events, etc., we aim to support active women who are active in various places.
About Aranmare
Aranmare is a women's sports team with three teams: a basketball team (located in Akita City, Akita Prefecture), a volleyball team (located in Sakata City, Yamagata Prefecture), and a handball team (located in Imizu City, Toyama Prefecture) based on the concepts of "being loved by the local community and growing together" and "increasing the number of opportunities for women to play an active role and becoming a symbol of women's support." We aim to create a new page of the sports scene by conducting activities rooted in each region and becoming an indispensable presence for the region, and by connecting our four bases, including Tokyo, which oversees the three teams. As a social business, PI is developing various measures aimed at promoting women's participation in the workplace and regional cooperation and revitalization, including the management of sports teams.
